Meet the Baby- Baby Shower

Last weekend we had a 'Meet the Baby' Baby shower for Bynnlei. Here are a couple of my favorite pictures from the day.

Lightning Storm

I have to say, this made my night!! Went to visit my grandpa and a huge storm came through.  We REALLY needed the rain, but I didn't expect to have such an awesome lightning show after the storm passed.  Here are a few shots I was able to get. and, my first lightning shots at that! It was pitch black outside at the time these photos were taken, I love how the sky is so well-lit, and purple :)

This past weekend on April 23, my beautiful cousin, Tristen, who is 6, had a barrel racing contest in Angleton. Her mom, Laura, did as well.  I decided to put a few of my favorite pictures on here from that day.

I spent a beautiful Spring weekend at my Papaw's, with my brother and his family, on their 1st yr anniversary.  

  

New Zealand 2010

Here are some of my favorite pictures from my trip to Christchurch, New Zealand.  On Sept. 4, 2010 a major 7.2 earthquake struck the city, and although the city has come a long way in 6 weeks, there are still a lot of damaged buildings that are being repaired.
